Trish is an accomplished performer, lyricist, arranger and music educator. She has been head of the vocal department in the Jazz Program at Humber College in Toronto since 1997, where she conducts the Humber College Vocal Jazz Combo. Trish was awarded the Humber College Distinguished Faculty Award in 2000, and in 2001, the NISOD Award Of Excellence in Teaching. She has also been head of vocal jazz for the National Music Camp of Canada’s Jazz Program, was on the Resource Team for the International Association for Jazz Education and is in demand as an adjudicator for many music festivals across Canada and the United States. Trish has performed as a professional vocalist since 1976 touring extensively throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. She has released two solo CD’s to critical acclaim: The Dance Never Ends and At Long Last Love and will be recording with the Paul Read Orchestra in 2010.
